Petitions have been taken out against Manitowoc school board members Dave Nickels and Meredith Sauer, seemingly over the board's votes for protective measures to battle the coronavirus pandemic (though the pro-recall website also has a post on critical race theory). Petitioners need about 4000 signatures by December 3.
