Signatures have been handed in against Labette County Commissioner Brian Kinzie over his support for a windfarm, though he is asking a judge to review the petitions. Kansas is a Malfeasance Standard state, so this may not hold up (they are arguing an open meeting act violation).
Petitioners handed in 1582 signatures. They need 1202.
