Idaho: Re-run in the offing, as former Heyburn Mayor kicked out in recall challenges replacement in re-election race

In an attempted re-run, former Heyburn Mayor Mark Rosa, who was ousted in a recall vote last November, is running against his replacement, former City Council President Dick Galbraith (Galbraith was actually appointed to the position after the recall).

Rosa faced complaints of a hostile environment, overstepping financial authority trying to stop a sewer improvement project and trying to get funds to pay for an attorney to sue the city.
