Yamhill County Commissioner Lindsay Berschauer is facing a recall effort over ending development of a trail and demanding a special election for Urban Renewal District. Petitioners need 6783 signatures to get on the ballot. Three past commissioners, including the commissioner who Berschaier defeated.
