The recall against three Fullerton Council members has been verified.The City Council will need to certify the signatures at their February 21 meeting, and has to decide on a date.
A special election will cost $269,000 to $301,000. If it is held on the same day as the June 5 primary, the cost will be $129,000 to $160,000.
