Nevada: Vegas blowout as Steve Ross retains seat

I mentioned that recalls are frequently blowouts, and here's another example. Las Vegas City Councilman Steve Ross beat back a recall, winning with 70 percent of the vote (4319 to 1845). Turnout was 12.47 percent.
