Flint City Councilman Allan Griggs is facing a recall effort over a planned assisted-living facility. Griggs previously faced a failed recall effort that did not get on the ballot. Former mayoral candidate Don Pfeiffer is leading the recall effort.
Update: The language was rejected and petitioners are trying again.
Update 2: The language has been approved.
