Maine: Hope voters look to enact recall provisions

Petitioners are gathering signatures that would put up for a November 3 vote on a ballot ordinance allowing for a recall in Hope. Petitioners would need 10 percent of the last gubernatorial vote (96) to get a recall on the ballot. 

The big issue that seems to opening up the recall effort was a controversy over how to deal with road work and snow removal.
