Gage County Supervisor Don Schuller (D) is facing petitions for what seems like a kitchen sink of reasons, though one is a vote in favor of wind turbines, a big recall issue recently. Schuller is the only Democrat on board (there are seven seats).
The other issues include a vote against a bill touting 2nd Amendment rights and votes in favor of a 30-by-30 plan and the Kansas-Nebraska Heritage Act.
Petitioners need 453 signatures in 30 days.
