Florida: Judge rejects recall attempt against Pahokee Vice Mayor

Did not see this one earlier -- Pahokee Vice Mayor Regina Bohlen faced a recall effort over a decision to fire the interim city attorney on a 3-2 vote. The same 3-2 vote rehired the past city attorney, who had been fired two years before. Mayor Keith Babb Jr. (who opposed the vote) locked the group out of the council chambers, so the vote was in a parking lot. Babb tried to launch a recall against Bohlen, but it was rejected by a judge.
