California: Petitions approved in new effort against Los Angeles District Attorney recall

A second recall effort has been approved against Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascon. Gascon has faced recall efforts led by victims' rights groups and others over Gascon's criminal justice reform plans, including ending cash bail and other efforts. A previous effort failed to get 579,062 signatures (though this article says they need 566,857)
