The recall effort against Los Alamitos Unified School District board members Megan Cutuli, Chris Forehan and Scott Fayette missed a deadline for its fourth draft of petitions, requiring a restart. Petitions were over the board's support for restrictions to combat the coronavirus pandemic, as well as an adoption of an ethnic studies elective.
