Michigan: Manistique Mayor petitions thrown out on clarity grounds
The Election Commission rejected petitions against Manistique Mayor Michael Perilloux over clarity grounds. The petitions claim that Perilloux complained about FOIA requests as "threats and weapons" and that he placed Facebook page printouts on chairs before a city council meeting to complain about a non-profit.
