Mayor David Ogden (290-177) and Councilman Brent Barrus (294-167) survived their recall votes on March 12 in a battle over the legal costs for rezoning of property that may result in new apartments and is the cause of a significant battle in town.
Turnout was 52.5% of which 60% were absentee ballots.
