California:Pasadena Councilman recall seems to have failed

The recall attempt against Councilman Victor Gordo seems to have failed. The recall was led by a closed marijuana operation. Petitioners needed about 2000 signatures. The original petition to start the process was signed by 88 people, of whom only 35 actually lived in the district (they only needed 25).
