Board President William Fautsch and newly appointed members Gary Walker and Mark Moskal are facing recall efforts. Petitioners may need about 440 signatures (10% of the 4100 homeowners and 300 businesses). Among the issues is a claim that Fautsch (who has been president for 12 years) doesn't live in the community (he rents out his apartments).
