The Governor appointed one new member to the Dalton Gardens City Council -- Tyler Dreschel, folloing the recall of three council members Mayor Steve Roberge and Councilmembers Joe Myers and Denise Lundy.
Because the recall removed a majority of the council, the Governor had to appoint one council member. After the council member is appointed and they get a quorum, the council will appoint the fourth member and the mayor.
