Oklahoma: Senator proposing bill to add recall for state officials

Unfortunately, I can't open this at all, but hopefully we'll have more info soon. The bill seems to be in reaction to School Superintendent Ryan Waters, who is calling for the election of district superintendents and has run into trouble on both sides of the aisle. 

Update: Some more info -- Senator Bill Coleman (R) is proposing the new law, though the provisions have not been submitted. He seems to want a version that would have lawmakers start the process rather than have the signature gathering effort.
