La Marque Councilmember Kimberley Yancy is now facing petitions, which appears to be part of the same recall effort to kick out Mayor Keith Bell. The complaints are over divisiveness and "racial" politics, which are also compared by the petitioner to "prison politics." No word on how many signatures.
