Idaho: Boundary County Clerk facing petitions over claims of library election fraud

Boundary County Clerk Glenda Poston is facing a recall effort over claims of election fraud in the library election. The head of the library resigned over intimidation complaints and a demand that the library remove a book that it didn't have. Four trustees are also facing recall efforts, which I'll have to see if we can find more on.

The recall is led by a former Boundary County Library Board Trustee.

The recall effort may run into some trouble with the fact that Poston is running for reelection unopposed in November, so they probably need a new petition, but would not have enough time to make the March ballot due to the verification process (but could be on the May ballot).

The article doesn't note how many signatures are needed to get on the ballot.

Update: Boundary County Library Board Trustees Ken Blockhan Jr. Wendy McClintock, Bob Blanford and Lee Colson are the ones facing a recall effort over their material selection effort.
