Alaska: Complaints against Homer City Council found without merit

Petitioners, who pushed for the recall of Council members David Lewis, Catriona Reynolds and Donna Aderhold, claimed that the council members violated the city's ethic code when they voted to certify the recall election. The complaint was found to be without merit.
