Michigan: Putnam Township Supervisor facing recall threat over road assessment

Putnam Township Dennis Brennan is facing a threatened recall over a vote on refunding of some of the assessment to property owners for paved road that the city built. One other resident is claiming that the money should instead be used to pave another branch road (where his property is).
