Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians Tribal Chairman facing recall
Chairman Thurlow "Sam" McClellan will be up for a recall vote on Tuesday, April 3 over claims that he misused a tribal credit card, though others claim that the issue is that he has been an critic of plans to build a new casino.
