Montana: Libby Mayor under fire over 2013 election law/residency requirement fight

Libby Mayor Doug Roll is facing an ethics investigation, and calls for a recall, over charges that he and the former City Attorney James Reintsma violated election laws before the 2013 election. The city filed a lawsuit against Roll's 2013 opponent, Allen Olsen, claiming that he didn't live in the city (a 2014 case held that he did). There was a motion to the delay the election, which was overruled, and Roll beat Olsen by 13 votes.
