Phillipines: Bulacan Governor recall rejected
The Election Commission (Comelec) rejected petitions against Bulacan Governor Wilhelmino Sy-Alvarado, die to failure to get valid signatures. Petitioners needed 183,069. The got 138,506 valid, but 181,201 were thrown out.
