Oregon: Portland's Richmond Neighborhood Association member survives recall by one vote
Richmond Neighborhood Association member Doug Klotz survived a recall by one vote. 252 votes were cast, but petitioners needed 2/3 to win. 167 votes were cast to knock out Klotz (who is one of the longest serving members -- been in office since about 1993).
