Maryland: Russett Community Association Board of Directors President and VP order to be replaced by judge

An Anne Arundel Judge has ordered the removal of Russett Community Association President Colin Sandy and VP Tim Reyburn following their recall in June. There was previously a March vote to remove the two, but that was voided. Sandy was accused of actually living elsewhere. Petitioners were also upset that the association spent $34,000 in legal fees as of May.
