California: Modesto Councilwoman facing recall over workplace violence issues

Modesto Councilwoman Sheree Lustgarten is facing petitions (and a temporary restraining order) over her bullying and threats at a senior center and against the city attorney. Needless to say, some of the violence (while holding a butcher knife) occurred at a particularly fraught "ice-cream social."

Petitioners will need 1790 signatures in 90 days.
