Utah: New proposal for recall law following Attorney General scandal

Another attempt is being made to adopt a recall for governor, state auditor, state treasurer, and attorney general’s office. Legislators would be exempt (as they are in Rhode Island). The plan does not include the specifications on how the recall will operate.
