Colorado: Clerks asking for reimbursement for state Senate recalls

County Clerks are asking for reimbursement from the state for the September recalls -- Pueblo County is looking for $270,000 and El Paso is asking for $150,000. The Secretary of State dismissed the request, though he says that he isn't opposed if the legislature provides the funds. Both of the new Senators support the request.
