Michigan: Petition language approved against Jerome Township officials

Petitions were approved against three Jerome Township officials, Supervisor Stuart Bloomfield, Treasurer Laura Grubaugh and Trustee Ron Lowry, over a 1 percent property tax. The debate (it was a 2-1 vote). The issue was a question of clarity over tax and fees.
