Tennessee: Nashville Mayor and 32 Metro Councilmembers facing petitions over property tax hike

Nashville Mayor John Cooper and 32 Metro Council members (who are not named), are facing a petition over their vote for a 34 percent property tax hike. Petitioners appear to need about 68,000 signatures.

Update: The petition drive has failed.
