California: Former Hughson Mayor, who was recalled in 2010, arrested
Former Hughson Mayor Thomas Crowder, who was recalled with two city council members in 2010, was arrested for impersonating a California Highway Patrol officer in a suspected DUI crash. The recall was over a move to fire the City Manager.
