Colorado: Greenwood Village City Councilmember facing recall effort
Greenwood Village City Councilman Dave Bullock is facing a recall effort after he and the council vote for a bill opposing state plans for making police officers personally responsible for up to $25,000 in fines if they did something illegal or in bad faith.
