California: Visalia School Board President facing recall effort

Visalia School Board President John Crabtree is facing recall efforts which may be over the shut down of schooling during the pandemic, though the petitions focus on a failure to build a fifth high school and an inability to adopt a balanced budget. Petitioners would need over 2,400 signatures in 120 days.
