New Mexico: Aztec Mayor and Commissioners recall fails to meet malfeasance standard

A recall attempted against Aztec Mayor Victor Snover and Commissioners Rosalyn Fry and Mark Lewis was rejected because it didn't meet the New Mexico malfeasance standards. The three had voted against a resolution on "second amendment preservation" -- meaning that the city would not enforce gun control laws.
