Montana: Preliminary injunction continued in Libby Mayoral recall

The recall attempt against Mayor Doug Roll is still on hold, as a judge continued the preliminary injunction (the mayor actually has to post a $25000 bond in case the petitioner appeals and wins at the top court).

The issue is hiring a city attorney, though since Montana has a pretty strict judicial recall/malfeasance standard requirement, there is an excellent chance this goes nowhere.
