California: Los Banos School Board recall too close to call

The recall effort against School Board Member John Mueller is still undecided, with the vote currently leaning in favor of removal, 166-160. Roy Martinez is the only replacement candidate. Officials still are waiting for further ballots that can arrive through Friday.
