Colorado: Two South Conejos Board of Education members tossed out

Board members Melton Ruybal (463-191) and Phillip Trujillo (429-224) were both ousted in an August 9 recall vote. The two members are not leaving easily -- they have postponed the meeting to prevent their replacements from being sworn in.
