Idaho: Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney survives recall vote due to turnout requirement

Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney Robin Dunn has staved off a recall, thanks to the "turnout veto" requirement. Most of the voters cast their ballots to remove the 30-years-in-office Dunn (3213-733), but they needed 9,157 votes to be successful. Clearly, they did not get anywhere near there.
