Wisconsin: Madison Mayor facing recall effort

Madison Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway is facing a recall effort over a kitchen sink of issues, including budget shortfalls, a wheel tax and the handling of recent protests. Petitioners would need about 36,000 signatures to get on the ballot.

Update: The signature gathering effort failed.
