Mississippi: Lowndes County facing possible recall threats over racist comments

Lowndes County Supervisor Harry Sanders calls to resign and recall threats after racists comments during a board meeting.

Mississippi is one of the few states that do not have a recall law, but there is apparently an option that would allow voters to petition the governor to allow a recall vote. I'm looking to find out more about this provision.
