Michigan: Curtis Township Supervisor kicked out

Curtis Township Supervisor Darrell Kenyon (D) was ousted in a recall on May 7, losing to Gary Griffith (I), 251-168. The recall was over a decision to decline permanently obtaining a building which was leased from the Oscoda Area Schools and was used as a township hall and community center. The building eventually sold for $707,051.
