Idaho: Kooskia Mayor survives recall vote

Mayor Charlotte Schilling survived a May 21, 121-61. The recall was over her position on Kooskia Ambulance and was led by the former Kooskia Ambulance President Wayne Finehout. Schilling was appointed mayor in 2017, though has served on the council for 25 years. Turnout was 59% -- when she won in 2015, the turnout was only 10.4%.
