California: Fresno Bee examines spate of school board recalls in the Valley

Three different Valley school boards are facing recalls, with other boards are facing threats. WE've actually looked into these in the past.

Selma board members Gilbert Lopez, John Lorona and Roger Orosco are facing recalls over the firing of the Superintendent. The cost of the recall is estimated at $80-90K

Golden Plains is recalling Richard Gonzalez, Luiz Ramirez and Maria Gomez, after they ended the superintendent's contract. This should be a little cheaper, costing $25,000-to $40,000.

Golden Valley also fired their superintendent, leading to efforts against Kathleen Crumpton, John Moseley and Carla Neal.

Raisin City and Kingsburg (which reorganized high school football) are also looking at recalls.
