Ohio: Berea Councilmember survives recall vote

Berea Councilmember Leon Dozier survived his recall election on September 13, 126-93. The issue seems to be complaints of a lack of responsiveness and problems with flooding. 70 signatures were handed in.

Update: The vote was 132-95. Oddly, it reports Yes winning, so the question must read differently than the normal recall vote (where yes means removal).
