Wisconsin: Senate Minority Leader, winner of recall in 2011, not seeking reelection
Senate Minority Leader Jennifer Shilling (D), who won office in a 2011 recall vote against former Senator Dan Kapanke (R), has announced that she is not seeking reelection. Shilling faced Kapanke in 2016 and beat hum again by 56 vote. Kapanke has announced that he is running for the seat against.
