North Dakota: Arnegard Mayor facing recall vote on March 11

Mayor Virginia Elliot will be up for a recall on March 11. Elliot has been on the council for more than 20 years and was previously mayor. She won the office again in June, 35-31. She is facing former Mayor Jeffrey Kindel, who she beat in the race.
