California: Three Paramount Councilmembers facing recall effort

Councilmembers Daryl Hofmeyer, Peggy Lemons and Diane Martinez are all facing recalls over elevated levels of hexavalent chromium and well as a decision to delay the next election to March 2020. Petitioners need 4515 signatures to get on the ballot.
