California: Appellate Court rejects Santa Clara Judges attempt to stop recall for June ballot

An appellate court rejected the attempt by Judge Aaron Persky to block the signature drive (the decision has no comment). Petitioners claim they already have 76,000 signatures and should get to 90,000. They need 58,634 by January 16.
